Senior Internal Auditor

• Assist the Internal Audit Manager with developing and executing the annual risk‑based audit plan, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, post‑fieldwork, and reporting for operational and compliance audits and projects.
• Test key Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
• Assess control and process risk and materiality.
• Prepare and review work papers that support audit conclusions.
• Document process narrative descriptions, flowcharts, and other internal control analyses.
• Perform data analytics utilizing data extraction and analysis tools.
• Assist and coordinate external auditors.
• Supervise internal audit interns.
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects and performance metrics.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement of internal audit processes and approaches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing environment with public company experience.
• CPA or CIA certification preferred.
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment.
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize, and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to clearly convey complex information.
• Ability to perform data analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% of the time.
