Pay Rate: $20-25 an hour depending on experience

• Record and process new and used car purchases, including dealer trades
• Audit car deal paperwork for completeness
• Audit and correct accounting posting in schedule
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Account for manufacturer funds (parts, warranty, incentives, etc.)
• Post to intercompany accounts
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Effective written and verbal communication
• Active listening and initiative-taking
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., COA, debits/credits)
• Ability to research and resolve variances
• Mid-level computer and office skills

• Auto industry experience required
• Prior Accounting experience required
• Retail sales or customer service background (preferred)
• High School graduate or equivalent required
• 18 years or older
