Hybrid (2‑3 days) in Glendale, WI

The Manager‑Technical Accounting and External Reporting will support the Company’s technical accounting analysis and external reporting requirements. Reporting to the Director‑Technical Accounting and External Reporting, this role works closely with senior team members to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and high‑quality documentation, while gaining exposure to complex accounting areas and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in researching and analyzing technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and documenting conclusions in accounting memos.
• Significantly contribute to the preparation of external financial reporting, including footnotes and disclosures for quarterly and annual reports.
• Monitor new accounting standards and assist with adoption and implementation efforts.
• Coordinate with external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits, including preparation of audit support.
• Help maintain and update accounting policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, close activities, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on accounting‑related matters.
• Support special projects such as transactions, system enhancements, or reporting optimization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally combining public accounting (Big 4 audit or advisory) with financial reporting and technical accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with complex technical accounting topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
