Your Role as an Accounting AssociateIf you enjoy the complexity of manufacturing environments and cost accounting, this role is for you. As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in supporting small to mid-sized manufacturing clients by ensuring accurate, timely financial data. Your work will directly contribute to the insights and CFO-level guidance we provide to help our clients succeed.

What You Will Do- Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients in a high-volume environment
- Review and process A/P, A/R, and other core accounting transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards
- Support weekly accounting checklists and month-end close processes
- Assist with cost accounting calculations (e.g., work center cost rates, burden rates)
- Generate and analyze accounting reports for clients

- Associate’s degree in accounting or related experience
- 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Experience with Quick Books Online and related tools (e.g., , Expensify)
- Familiarity with ERP systems used by manufacturers (e.g., Job Boss, Acumatica, Sage, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Planner, SharePoint) or willingness to learn
- Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools to improve efficiency and reduce errors
