Staff Accountant

• Provide accounting, analysis, and financial support to one or more project managers
• Prepare and process invoices and contract documents
• Maintain client and subconsultant contract documents
• Assist with vendor invoice and data posting
• Assist with project setup/budgeting
• Assist with accounts receivable collection
• Assist with research and resolution of client questions
• Interpret and prepare project reports for use by project managers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in an engineering/architectural setting preferred
• Gain an understanding of the scope and areas of work included within contract management, as well as other contractual requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to initiate the task management process
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment
• Proven experience with software programs used in the industry, Deltek/AJERA preferred
