Payroll Tax Analyst
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Tax Analyst:
- Manage payroll tax filings and compliance across the United States
- Register employees and entities in new tax jurisdictions, including high-volume jurisdiction setup activity
- Perform quarterly and year-end payroll tax reconciliations
- Partner with third-party tax vendors to resolve filing issues and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices
- Research payroll tax requirements and support compliance across multiple states and entities
Qualifications for the Payroll Tax Analyst:
- 5+ years of payroll tax experience
- Strong multi-state payroll tax experience within a large organization
- Experience managing payroll tax registrations, filings, and reconciliations
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
- Experience with Dayforce, Workday, or similar payroll platforms
