Property Accountant

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan seeks a Property Accountant to support its faith-inspired, mission-driven housing and healthcare-related programs. In this role, you will manage property-level general ledgers, prepare monthly financial statements, and reconcile accounts for multiple facilities. You'll analyze variances, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with GAAP, funding requirements, and nonprofit standards. Working in a collaborative, trauma-informed culture, you'll partner with operations and housing teams to provide clear financial insights that strengthen services for individuals and families across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
