Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

A rapidly-growing real estate/investment company is looking to add a new Accountant to their team. This position is open due to growth as they have a ton of upcoming projects, so it is an exciting time to be there!

Job Duties:

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financials, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare, record and file monthly sales tax reporting
• Maintain financial records for a portfolio of properties
• Assist in budgeting process
• Assist with developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes
• Review cash flow for any irregular activity or cash needs

Job Qualifications:

• At least an Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of real estate/property management experience
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
