Part-Time Tax Analyst

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing client in West Allis, WI with their search for a Part-Time Tax Analyst. This is a temporary opportunity expected to continue through December 2026, with a strong likelihood of extension into mid-2027. The position averages approximately 20 hours per week (typically 15–25 hours depending on workload) and is 100% onsite. Compensation is estimated at $35-$45 per hour based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze financial data to support corporate tax compliance
• Assist with Sales & Use Tax filings, reconciliations, and audit support
• Support U.S. and Canadian tax reporting and related financial analysis
• Utilize SAP and Excel to prepare reports and organize tax information
• Assist with special tax and accounting projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's degree in Accounting required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three or more years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
