Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position supports the daily accounting operations of our dealerships and is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Enter invoices, payments, and other accounting information accurately
• Reconcile accounts and assist with daily accounting schedules
• Process and verify dealership paperwork and transactions
• Assist with bank deposits and cash reconciliations
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Department
• Assist with month-end accounting processes as needed
• Work closely with dealership departments to ensure timely and accurate information

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial and employee information
