Truity Partners is supporting a client in Brookfield, WI with their search for an Accounting Coordinator. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is targeted at $55,000-$70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
This is a great opportunity for early-career accounting professionals looking to gain broad, hands-on experience and grow accounting responsibilities over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and credit card activity
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
- Work with internal teams on billing, collections, and accounting questions
- Assist with financial reporting and other accounting/administrative needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 0-4 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
