Senior Investment Accountant

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite)

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 + 10% Bonus

A growing private investment platform is seeking a Senior Investment Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers exposure to fund accounting, financial reporting, investment transactions, treasury activities, and investor reporting within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Prepare quarterly and annual fund financial statements and investor reporting packages
• Support capital calls, distributions, and cash management activities
• Assist with investment acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Monitor fund liquidity and cash forecasting needs
• Coordinate audit and tax support activities
• Maintain fund accounting records in accordance with GAAP
• Partner with investment, asset management, and accounting teams on special projects and process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

• CPA or CPA-track candidate
• Public accounting experience (Audit or Tax) ideally
• Experience with in real estate, private equity, investment management, or professional services

• Strong history of internal promotions and career growth
