We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-centered Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and support our growing team of employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the operational backbone of our office, supporting the day-to-day needs that keep the agency running smoothly and the team focused on great work.

This role supports office operations, internal coordination, and in-office logistics, while also providing light administrative support and bookkeeping support using Quick Books Online. You’ll work closely with leadership and HR partners, serving as a reliable connector across teams.

Your work will include managing vendors and office supplies, maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment, monitoring our general inboxes, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting internal systems and documentation.

You’ll also assist with onboarding and offboarding from an in-office perspective only, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, access logistics, and checklists, all in partnership with HR and leadership.

In addition, you’ll provide light administrative support, such as scheduling assistance, document preparation, and follow-up.

You’ll also support bookkeeping in Quick Books Online, including invoices, vendor bills/payments, and tracking AR/AP, while keeping records and documentation organized in coordination with external partners. You’ll also help support subscriptions/dues, credit card receipt tracking, and insurance documentation and renewals as needed.

What We’re Looking For

You’re organized, dependable, and proactive. You notice gaps, anticipate needs, and follow through. You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and supporting different teams while keeping details straight.

You have experience in office management, operations, or administrative support and are comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with discretion, and can work independently while staying closely connected to the team.

  • In‑office, five days per week
  • Based in Milwaukee, WI
  • Compensation range $22/hr - $27/hr (based on experience)

Benefits include flexible PTO, medical insurance eligibility after 60 days, and an HSA with employer contribution (plus flexible work arrangements when possible)
