Summary:
The Enrollment Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the growth and success of Assurance
SD and its portfolio of businesses. As the first point of contact a customer has with Assurance
SD, Enrollment Specialists are responsible for successfully onboarding new participants, workers, and vendors into the referred program, with a focus on detail and data accuracy. With strong attention to detail, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for processing enrollment packets and entering data, ensuring the integrity of information received and entered into the system of record.

- Directly support 30–35 incoming enrollments per month, maintaining them until successful conversion
- Packet completion (define what good completion looks like)
- In‑person enrollment
- Accuracy and end‑to‑end enrollment process
- Data entry (Smartsheet, packet pre‑population and into the system of record)
- Use of system of record (FMS, Arborsoft, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint)
- Professional writing, internal & external communication, customer satisfaction
- De‑escalating Tier one issues and overcoming enrollment blockers (e.g., reschedules, EIN errors)
- Adaptability: flexibility, ability to pivot, willingness to help with projects, learning agility, asking for help, responding to feedback
- Time management: moving multiple priorities forward and scheduling work and tasks to completion
Qualifications:
- 1‑year relevant experience
- Computer knowledge
- Current driver’s license, good driving record, and current vehicle insurance
- Reside in Milwaukee County
