This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in downtown Milwaukee. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office operations, generating firm reports, and working on Accounts Receivable, handling office equipment and software, as well as light HR duties. The role also involves providing support to team members and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and handling general office operations
- Experience with Excel and overall technology proficient
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; office experience a plus
We are seeking a self-starter who will initiate streamlining processes and strive to make the functions of the office as efficient as possible. GRGB is a team-setting and we offer a full benefit package. Salary range starting at $50,000-$60,000 per year based on qualifications.
