Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support daily account operations and assist leadership with client coordination, scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks. This position plays an important role in maintaining strong communication between departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist executives and account teams with daily administrative support

  • Maintain organized client records, reports, and documentation
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and account-related materials
