DescriptionPreschool Academy LLC is seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our academy, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our students, parents, and staff. This is a full-time position located in Milwaukee, WI.
Job OverviewAs a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing our front desk area and providing exceptional customer service to all who enter our academy. Your primary duty will be to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with inquiries. You will also support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Welcome visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Respond to general inquiries about our academy, including program details, admission requirements, and tuition fees.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the academy's calendar efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects our academy's professionalism.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the academy.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
- Salary: $13 to $16 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
