Position Overview

The Wisconsin Civic Power Table is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the management of finances, people, and operations in the organization. Principal Responsibilities

  • Support financial management and facilitate helpful administrative systems.
  • Collect receipts and submit timely expense reports.
  • Support grantmaking processes by collecting paperwork and tracking the administering of grants.
  • Facilitate contracting processes for vendors and consultants, coordinating between team members, the fiscal sponsor, and contractors.
  • Contribute to well‑organized, ethical operations and a people‑centered workplace.
  • Maintain clear administrative systems, organized information and effective internal processes.
  • Manage the team’s weekly meetings, communication platforms, calendar, and Google Drive.
  • Help strengthen internal systems and practices that reflect WCPT’s commitment to people‑centered operations and a positive, effective team environment.
Experience & Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, grammar, and formatting.
  • Commitment to values‑centered, anti capitalist, and anticolonial approaches to operations.
  • Successful at managing multiple projects and timelines without overextending.
  • Experience supporting financial, administrative, or operations systems in a nonprofit setting.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (e.g. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Comfortable with practices of delegation and feedback, with a collaborative working style.
  • Kindness, patience, and professionalism in communication and teamwork.
  • Preference for experience developing or refining internal systems, policies, or culture.
