In this role you will anticipate the needs of senior leaders, manage multiple priorities, and prepare and coordinate events, travel, and communication. You will also provide a variety of administrative support services to our leadership team.
Project Management- Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and coordinate presentations for large‑scale events.
- Manage and prioritize projects to meet ongoing needs, including budget administration, event organization, presentation coordination, and calendar maintenance.
- Perform ongoing reporting administrative duties.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements and expenses, and prepare event schedules as needed.
- Coordinate events that involve heavy communication with internal and external customers.
- Create correspondence such as memos, reports, proposals, charts, tables, and graphs.
- Communicate with executive, administrative, and line management to gather and convey information regarding the executive office and responsibilities.
- Provide executive administrative support, including submission of invoices, expense reports, documentation, and records maintenance and retention as required by the Americas team.
- Coordinate with firms, organizations, and individuals from outside the organization.
- 3+ years of executive administrative support or 10+ years of education and combined experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Effective communication with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,000 – $105,000. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. This will be an onsite role at our Glendale, WI office.
