Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Milwaukee, WI team!

As our Office Administrator you will provide specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of a wide variety of administrative duties.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Hourly Rate: $24-27/hour

* Your Challenge
  • Responsible for site AP/AR.
  • Executes special or continuous research and data gathering tasks for projects and/or contracts. Operates automated office equipment.
  • Prepares reports/recommendations, compiles data, determines possible issues and recommends resolutions.
  • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information.
What You Bring
  • Records management experience.
  • Experience in typing, phone, communication and data entry are essential.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Skills to coordinate and plan meetings.
  • High school diploma.
