Bader Hillel High School for Girls is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive School Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of the school. This individual will play an essential role in maintaining a productive learning environment by overseeing attendance, student records, lunch coordination, supply management, administrative support, and day-to-day school operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys keeping systems organized, follows through on details, communicates effectively with students and staff, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment.

Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Administration
  • Track and maintain daily student attendance.
  • Administer medications according to school policies and maintain appropriate records.
  • Assist with admissions, applications, enrollment paperwork, and student records.
  • Maintain professional boundaries while building positive relationships with students.
  • Communicate with parents as needed regarding attendance and administrative matters.
School Operations
  • Coordinate the daily lunch program efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies while maintaining budget-conscious purchasing practices.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and school documentation.
  • Assist administration with projects, deadlines, and operational priorities.
  • Follow up with staff members regarding outstanding tasks and school needs.
Facilities & Organization
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming school environment.
  • Encourage students to take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves.
  • Monitor shared spaces including the kitchen, classrooms, and common areas.
  • Assist in replenishing classroom and office supplies.
Technology & Communications
  • Create basic flyers, forms, and communications using Canva.
  • Place and track online orders through Amazon and other vendors.
  • Learn and manage school information systems and databases.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in administration, education, office coordination, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Comfortable with technology and online systems.
  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Compensation
  • $20–22 per hour based on experience
