10 is currently seeking an administrative assistant for a contract position with a major financial services company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a three-month contract opportunity. Pay range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.

This is a short-term summer contract role providing administrative support to a leader within the organization. The position involves typical administrative duties such as calendar management and communication support, as well as light project assistant work, including tracking items and coordinating with partners to support deliverables.

• Provide administrative support, including calendar management and coordination
• Assist with communication support for a leader
• Perform light project assistant tasks such as tracking items
• Support project deliverables by coordinating across partners

• Proven experience in an administrative support or assistant role
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to track items and support project deliverables
