Wage: $18.50 per hour

What You Get To Do :
As theOffice
Coordinator you will work cooperatively with all staff inexpeditingthe general flow of workpertaining tothe office and programs. The Office Coordinator will perform receptionist and general office/clerical duties,facilitateadministrative projects, and provide Local Help Desk (LHD) support byassistinglocal staff with technical troubleshooting needs with theassistanceof the IS Department.
This role involves approximately 75% administrative duties and 25% Local Help Desk support.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
What Makes YouAGreat Fit:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or GED certificate is required
- At least 2 years of related office experience is required
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A successful background clearance isrequiredas part of the onboarding/employment process
- Good communicationis key in this role.
You’llrely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
