Duties and ResponsibilitiesSkills and Abilities
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years related experience
- Receptionist duties, dental insurance processing, or other office experience
- Excellent problem solving, planning, organizational and customer skills
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate with people from diverse populations
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume academic healthcare environment with little supervision and frequent interruptions
