- Maintain a forward‑looking view of deadlines and risks, anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling, prioritization, and workflow challenges.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of professionalism.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant capacity, with at least 3 years directly supporting C‑Suite executives in a global corporate environment.

- Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Gmail, Google Drive and the Google Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven capability to interact professionally and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of handling high‑pressure situations, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines with a calm, solution‑oriented demeanor.

- Paid time off and holidays.
- Opportunity to participate in incentive programs for all full‑time employees.
- Family planning benefits including paid parental leave, fertility coverage, adoption and surrogacy assistance.
- Scholarship program for children of Brady employees.
- A variety of Employee Resource Groups to provide you with unique networking, development, and volunteer opportunities.
- Employee Assistance Program and related wellness programs (mental and behavioral health, family counseling, financial management).
- Dress‑for‑your‑day dress code.
