Clinical Support Staff

Vita Fitness & Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy practice seeking a dynamic, friendly, and detail‑oriented team member to join our front desk.

As part of our Clinical Support Staff, you are the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Scheduling appointments and managing daily calendars
• Completing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting patients by answering questions and guiding next steps

We’re looking for someone who is personable, bright, and an excellent communicator - someone who can confidently support patients and help them navigate any questions or challenges.

• Proficient computer and typing skills; comfort with software systems
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated customer service excellence (formal training preferred)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills
• Health insurance benefit knowledge preferred

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
