Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI, for a Personal Assistant. The Person al Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining an efficient workflow. Duties include managing the executive’s diary, performing clerical tasks, assisting with day-to-day operations, and supporting executive-level decision-making. The role aids the organization in maintaining its mission of empowering youth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support management in daily operations and special projects.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, youth, and community partners.
- Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational scheduling to efficiently plan meetings, appointments, and events.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including file organization, document preparation, and data management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in a non-profit or youth program environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
