Job Summary:

Supports leadership at a Senior Vice President level with administrative functions, including but not limited to: calendar management, minutes, itineraries, travel accommodations, and drafting leader communications. This position has a high degree of interaction and visibility within the organization and may act as a liaison. Creates spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information, reception of guests, screening of calls, and assistance with special projects.

Duties may vary by leader.

A minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

The ability to multi-task and adapt with time sensitive situations working autonomously with other leaders. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
