Schedule
Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
1/2 hour lunch
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of technicians, assign tasks and provide guidance to keep repairs on track
- Oversee the daily operations of our auto repair shop, ensuring top-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create an inviting atmosphere for customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Handle customer inquiries, provide repair estimates and explain services in a clear, friendly way
- Building estimates and procuring parts
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
- Tracking KPI's
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in auto repair and management
- Strong leadership skills with a team - first attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge not necessary but beneficial
