Overview

Griffin Hub Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a family-owned and operated group of dealerships serving customers throughout Southeastern and Southwestern Wisconsin. Griffin Hub is seeking a responsible, professional, and punctual candidate. Automotive Dealership Parts Counter Person experience preferred, but we will train the right person. • Oversees the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing
• Locates any parts not in stock
• Completes special order requests
• Communicates with the customer on the status of orders and notifies them upon delivery
• Communicates in a friendly and professional manner
• Engages decision-makers through prospecting
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures
• Understands federal, state, and local regulations applicable to industry
• Consults on the customer s business needs—providing solutions
• Provides value-added services such as ordering of products, inventory management, and problem-solving
• Performs other duties as assigned

• A minimum of 1 year of parts sales experience. Dealership experience is a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Must bring a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful
• CDK experience preferred
• Ability to connect with customers to build and maintain lasting relationships

• Automotive Parts Sales: 1 year (Required)
