As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression
- Listen carefully to customer concerns
- Prepare repair orders and maintenance recommendations
- Explain repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand manner
- Present estimates and obtain customer authorization
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and exceptional service
