Range: $17.50 to $21.50, depending on experience

This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes with efficiency and accuracy
- Complete multi-point inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels
- Identify potential vehicle issues and communicate recommendations to the service team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Deliver work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
- Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience as a lube/express technician is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
