Leading food service equipment manufacturer is seeking a Commodity Manager with experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supplier management. This role will be high-impact — it owns global commodity strategy for key electrical/electro‑mechanical categories, drives supplier partnerships, leads contract negotiations, and plays a big part in early supplier involvement for NPD. It’s a mix of strategy, technology introduction, supplier performance management, and long‑term agreement ownership.
The team is big on innovation, cost‑out programs, and supplier engagement that actually moves the needle.
- Complex contract negotiation and supplier agreement management
- Sourcing for motors, PCBA, wire/cable assemblies, controls, or similar electrical commodities is required
- Delivering year-over-year cost savings + supplier‑led innovation
- Building strong supplier partnerships across NPD and long‑term roadmaps
