Project Manager – Operations (Hybrid | Milwaukee, WI)

Our Client is a global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, building the systems that power modern manufacturing. Their work supports industries that matter — from life-saving pharmaceuticals to advanced industrial production — and they’re continuing to invest in high-impact operational leadership.

They’re currently looking for an Operations Project Manager to join their Sensing, Safety, and Industrial Components (SIC) business. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and moving.

This role is all about execution and clarity.

You’ll lead operational projects that span manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, and business teams
, ensuring timelines stay on track, risks are managed, and leaders always know where things stand. You’ll own project schedules, track financials, and deliver clear, concise updates to stakeholders — including senior leadership.

Your work will directly support the operational and strategic goals of the business.

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional operational projects in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or similar environments
• Strong project planning, execution, and risk management skills
• Experience consolidating data and financials into clear, actionable leadership updates
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage complex workflows and competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

• PMP or other project management certification
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar project/operational platforms

• High-impact operational projects with real business visibility
• Strong cross-functional exposure across manufacturing and supply chain
• Hybrid work schedule based in Milwaukee, WI
