This role manages operational projects within the Sensing, Safety, and Industrial Components (SIC) business.
As a Project Manager, you will perform a crucial role in leading projects that have a critical operational impact on the success of the business. This role plans and manages project schedules, coordinates project team members, plans and monitors financials, and provides key updates to stakeholders. Your work directly impacts the strategic goals of the business.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, SIC PMO and work a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- You will lead coordinated project activities across manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, and business teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- You will manage communication workflows ensuring alignment of messaging across teams.
- You will track and consolidate project-related financials and provide clear reporting to leadership.
- You will provide effective updates on your project through status updates, reporting, and risk tracking.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in operations, supply chain, quality, customer support, or similar business functions.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Ability to translate data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for senior-level reporting and cross-functional alignment.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, risk management.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
- Proficiency with project and operational tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel.
