- Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle‑from initial concept through to mass production.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Milwaukee Construction & Wet Concrete products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance.
- Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan‑European pricing and monitoring of local market price positioning.
- Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions.
- Deliver product training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements.
- Develop promotional and marketing materials in partnership with internal stakeholders and other departments.
- Relevant professional experience in product management, ideally within the construction industry.
- Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel as required by business (approximately 15% of the time).
