Trade & Customs Compliance Analyst Southeastern Wisconsin | On-Site
A global industrial manufacturer in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking a Trade & Customs Compliance Analyst to support its U.S. import compliance function.
This role reports directly to the CFO and offers significant visibility to senior leadership. It is ideal for a strong trade compliance professional who wants hands‑on responsibility today and the opportunity to grow into broader ownership over time.
What You’ll Do:- Perform HTS classifications and tariff analysis
- Coordinate with customs brokers and external partners
- Support duty drawback and assist valuation processes
- Participate in audit preparation and risk management initiatives
- Help build and strengthen internal compliance processes
This is a high-impact role within a company experiencing increasing tariff exposure and regulatory complexity. You will work closely with Finance and Supply Chain leadership and play a key role in shaping how trade compliance evolves internally.
What We’re Looking For:- 4–10 years of U.S. import compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of HTS classification
- Experience working with customs brokers
- Comfortable operating independently
- Interested in long‑term growth and leadership development
$85,000–$100,000 base + 8% bonus
Location:On‑site in southeastern Wisconsin
