Our client, a leading organization in Telecom, is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of the procurement support team, assisting in analyzing supplier data, market trends, and evaluating cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sourcing Analyst
Location: Remote US
Pay Range: $40-45/hour
What's the Job?- Analyze spend data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and sourcing gaps
- Track pricing trends, supply market conditions, and category benchmarks
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for sourcing and procurement leaders
- Support supplier evaluation through data analysis and assist in conducting RFQs/RFPs
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and support contract preparation
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with RFPs, RFQs, and bid analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent; familiarity with Gardner research tools is a plus
- Opportunity to work remotely within the US
- Contract position with potential for temp-to-perm conversion
