- Lead the development and execution of digital commerce and channel strategy aligned with Distribution goals.
- Translate strategy into a clear roadmap of initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Define how e‑commerce supports and enhances sales and service in a complex B2B model.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, IT, Product, and Marketing to drive alignment and execution.
- Lead cross‑functional work streams through influence and collaboration.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and progress tracking to support accountability and momentum.
- Shape digital customer experiences across parts ordering, service requests, scheduling, invoicing, and customer portals.
- Support change management and communication efforts to drive adoption across teams and customers.
- 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting and/or strategy roles within B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Experience building or scaling B2B e‑commerce or digital commerce capabilities in complex business models, including third‑party platforms (Amazon Business, Grainger, etc.).
- Proven ability to develop business cases and support executive‑level decision‑making.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a bias toward action.
- Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority and work effectively across teams.
- Hands‑on, adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, e‑commerce, and service platforms.
- MBA preferred; experience working client‑side after consulting a plus.
