Business Development Manager

Join the QTI team and lead new business efforts and help strengthen client relationships across the Milwaukee market as a Business Development Manager

• Prospect new clients and schedule in person or virtual sales meetings
• Deliver presentations and prepare proposals that highlight staffing, recruiting and total reward consulting solutions
• Build strong relationships with decision makers to generate ongoing opportunities
• Execute sales strategies and outreach campaigns designed to grow the market
• Negotiate service terms and pricing with prospective clients
• Partner with internal recruiting and leadership teams to support client needs
• Maintain accurate records and document activities in the customer relationship management system

• At least three years of strategic business development experience, ideally within a professional services environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in the field while collaborating with internal teams
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
