They’re looking for a Project Manager Level 3 to join their Sensing, Safety, and Industrial Components (SIC) business — a highly visible team that drives operational performance across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll lead operational projects that directly support manufacturing performance, supply chain execution, and overall business goals. This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional projects across manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, and business operations
- Building and managing detailed project schedules and milestones
- Tracking financials and consolidating reporting for leadership
- Driving alignment across teams through structured communication workflows
- Identifying and managing risks before they impact delivery
Your work will influence strategic priorities and operational outcomes across the business.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years leading cross-functional projects in operations, supply chain, quality, customer support, or similar environments
- Strong project planning, execution, and risk management experience
- Ability to manage complex workflows across multiple teams
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- PMP or other project management certification
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel
