Associate Product Manager – Label Printing Systems

The Associate Product Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability of a portfolio of Label Printing Systems products. They will support and execute plans to grow the portfolio from cradle to grave, including ideation, business case development, product design, development, commercial launch, growth, maturity, decline, and EOL. Time is split between new product development support and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of a long-term new product development roadmap.
  • Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights via voice of the customer, quantitative research, and focus groups to inform business cases.
  • Understand and support the management of product category P&L.
  • Gather knowledge about the competitive environment to drive action across Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
  • Support and execute commercialization strategies to maximize success of new product launches using an omni‑channel approach.
  • Participate in developing product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize profit.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (sales, channel, marketing, operations, R&D, regional product managers) and external customers to evangelize the product category.
  • Success is measured by organic growth, increasing gross margins, and a strong pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong sense of personal and professional accountability.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and prioritization.
  • Ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Analytical abilities to quantify opportunities from an external market and internal P&L perspective, as well as strategic positioning.
  • Up to 20% travel, international and domestic.
