Operations Analyst role responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and improving operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and customer fulfillment functions. Serves as a key business partner to operations leadership by transforming data into actionable insights, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive productivity, quality, delivery performance, and profitability.

• Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, and customer service performance data.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor trends and identify root causes of performance gaps.
• Support operational reviews by providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision‑making.
• Analyze production throughput, labor utilization, capacity, and schedule attainment.
• Evaluate inventory performance, material availability, and inventory turns.
• Identify bottlenecks and constraints impacting production flow.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) and capacity planning activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and material flow metrics.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, and other business systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Build automated reporting solutions and business intelligence tools.
• Create executive‑level presentations and business cases.
• Support strategic initiatives including automation, digital transformation, ERP enhancements, and operational improvement projects.
• Track project performance against objectives, timelines, and expected benefits.
• Assist with implementation planning and post‑implementation measurement.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations analysis, industrial engineering, or business analytics.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle Net Suite, Infor LN.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and database reporting tools preferred.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
