Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating L&R USA INC’s administrative operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position is responsible for assisting L&R’s staff with projects and presentations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the President to ensure project management tools and metrics are used appropriately to enhance project and program delivery.
  • Supports the implementation of L&R’s projects including drafting, documenting, monitoring and launching the projects, as well as status updates, course corrections, timelines, milestones and metrics.
  • Develops and maintains L&R’s project logs and project files.
  • Develops and maintains project deliverables under the direction of the President.
  • Provides assistance with researching trends, conducting surveys and studying information requests.
  • Monitors project activities to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met and schedules are maintained.
  • Oversees facility maintenance and upkeep.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects L&R’s operations by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing data.
  • Provides L&R’s staff with assistance in performing duties to ensure timely completion of various tasks and projects including human resources, sales, marketing, operations and finance.
  • Coordinate training classes and company events for commercial team.
  • Manage tradeshow activities such as booth registration, event planning, and guest and employee relations.
  • Lead KOL activities, room and travel for key meetings and activities.
  • Responds to and follows up on customer and staff inquiries.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
  • Performs additional duties, including special business projects and analyses, as requested by the President of L&R USA INC.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. A combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree as determined by L&R USA.
  • At least ten (10) years of work related experience is required.
  • Advanced computer and word processing skills including Microsoft Office software is required.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of LRUS.
  • Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to read computer screens.
  • Ability to unpack and move supplies up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment
  • Professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting.
  • Interaction with staff and customers.
  • Twenty percent (20%) travel is required.
