Immediate need for a talented Mutual Funds Specialist
. This is a 06 month contract position with a strong possibility of FTE Conversion opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $30 - $31/hour.

• As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders.
• We have numerous opportunities for individuals, with excellent multitasking abilities to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high-profile clients and their shareholders.
• Efficient and detail-oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications.
• Accept and process telephone transaction and maintenance requests from institutional level shareholders.
• Field shareholder inquiries regarding account setup, prior transactions, fund objectives, and performance.
• Provide prompt notification of trade activity to internal and external clients as required.
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Field inquiries and transaction requests from retail level shareholders as required.
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement.

• Must have skills:
  Must have banking, financial and customer support experience.
