Job Summary
The Print Service Specialist will help manage daily print center operations, including high-volume copying, standard printing, oversized print jobs, business card production, mail processing, document handling, and basic finishing work. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 2 years of related experience who is looking to build long-term skills in office services, print production, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Operate print center equipment for high-volume copying, standard printing, oversized posters, and business card printing and cutting.
- Perform basic document imaging, light scanning, and PC file handling to support print and administrative requests.
- Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and on time.
- Complete basic finishing and bindery tasks, including paper cutting, hole drilling, stapling, and shrink-wrapping.
- Maintain print equipment by loading paper, clearing paper jams, monitoring supplies, and reporting technical issues.
- Provide professional customer service by answering status inquiries and assisting other departments as needed.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
