What you will accomplish as a CRM Manager at TAPCO

The CRM Manager is responsible for leading the organization's customer relationship management strategy, processes, and platform administration. This role ensures CRM tools effectively support sales, demand generation, service, and operational objectives while driving data quality, user adoption, customer insights, and continuous process improvement. The CRM Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

  • Lead the CRM strategy and roadmap to support business objectives.
  • Define and prioritize CRM capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Service, and Operations to improve customer experience.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote CRM adoption through training, support, and change management.
  • Monitor CRM effectiveness and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the CRM business owner and advocate for customer-centric processes.
