Mutual Fund Analyst

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Job Title: Quality Analyst – Mutual Fund Operations

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite during training, then 2–3 days onsite per week

Start: ASAP

We are hiring a Quality Analyst to support operations for a leading financial services provider offering services to mutual fund companies. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Transaction Review: Verify the processing of shareholder transactions (both financial and non-financial)
• Written Review: Analyze and review written shareholder requests and ensure accuracy in response and documentation
• Telephone Review: Audit and verify call center interactions, ensuring caller details and request accuracy are properly captured
• Quality Assurance: Identify and flag discrepancies, maintain quality and productivity standards, and contribute to continuous improvement

• Assigned mentors available to answer questions and support onboarding

• 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance or mutual fund operations
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products and services
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy and productivity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
