- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Analyze product data and platform performance to identify trends, measure success, and support business decisions
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Agile development teams
- Partner with business and technology teams to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Validate completed work through acceptance testing and coordinate defect tracking and prioritization
- Research market trends, competitive offerings, and user feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
- Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Support feature adoption and end-user needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of business experience
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience gathering business requirements and writing user stories
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports or dashboards
- Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive
- Preferred: experience with the SAFe Agile Framework
- Preferred: SAFe Agile certification
- Preferred: experience supporting digital products, platforms, or customer-facing technology solutions
- Preferred: experience with product backlog management, acceptance testing, and issue tracking
Demonstrates expertise in gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs within Agile environments. Proficient in analyzing data to inform business decisions and enhance product performance.
