10 is currently seeking an Operational Support Coordinator for a 6+ month contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This position is fully onsite.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:This role will primarily provide administrative and workflow support for a Supervision team. The ideal candidate will use independent judgment to coordinate recurring business processes, maintain reporting tools, and support the team using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational, administrative, and workflow support for a Supervision team
- Use independent judgment to make appropriate decisions on next steps
- Work independently with minimal direction
- Coordinate recurring business processes
- Maintain reporting and tracking tools
- 1+ years of direct or similar experience
- Confirmed strong attention to detail, analytical and reasoning skills
- Proficiency with office skills such as Word, Excel, and Share Point
- Ability to work in new systems
Skills:
- Prior experience in the finance industry or a compliance role
- Licensing such as SIE or other
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
